  • Samantha established Assurance Training & Sales back in 2008.

    Samantha holds a number of qualifications in first aid and emergency care and has worked in both the private and public health services before making the switch to first aid education.

    Samantha is driven to deliver engaging and practical first aid qualifications.

    As well as delivering training, Samantha is responsible for general running of the company from end to end, and takes her coffee black, with no sugar.

  • Dan is our behind the scenes go to man.

    Dan services and customises kits for our clients, and also does compliance checks on first aid equipment.

    Dan is famous for meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness in everything he does.

    Dan would prefer to be heading out to the rifle range. Dan hates answering the phone, but does it any way!

  • Max, the king of bad jokes, has been onboard with us since 2017 as a trainer.

    Max is currently an active member of West Dubbo Rotary, and a volunteer at Dundullimal Homestead, and is passionate about community engagement.

    Prior to this Max spent nearly 40 years with NSW Ambulance Service.

    After 20 plus years on the coal face, Max became part of the management team which converted 000 dispatch calls from paper format to the computer aided system we use today.
    Max was awarded the Centenary Medal in 2001 for service to the deployment of the Ambulance Computer Aided Dispatch System, and the Ambulance Service Medal in 2011 - In recognition of distinguished service as a
    member of an Australian Ambulance Service.

    Max takes off in his caravan as often as he can. Be like Max!

  • Fresh to the Central West, Neil is a valued member of the Assurance Training team of
    Instructors.

    Neil moved from the coast where he worked for Surf Life
    Saving NSW Training Academy and Paramedical Services.

    An accredited Advanced Open Water SCUBA Instructor, Neil
    delivered specialised First Aid training to Scuba Divers.
    Neil is passionate in helping people help others.

    Expanding on his passion for first aid training, Neil also operates Regional Event Medics here in Dubbo, offering event medic services to the Central West.

  • Andy established Paradise First Aid back in 2008. Andy holds a number of Diploma and Certificate level qualifications in first aid and emergency care and has worked in both the private and public health services before making the switch to first aid education. Andy has a passion for Continued Professional Development and is a member of the First Aid Industry Reference Committee and the Australian Resuscitation Council (QLD Branch).

  • Jo is Paradise First Aid's General Manager responsible for managing all aspects of Paradise First Aid and its third-party providers. Jo has been with Paradise First Aid for over 5 years and has a wealth of knowledge with RTO and business management. She leads a team of dedicated staff to provide all our clients with a high level of service and excellent training experiences.

  • Kelly is affectionately known as the Queen of Certificates due to the efficient and prompt turnaround time in issuing certificates for our partners. Kelly is also responsible for checking returned assessments to ensure we maintain our reputation of providing high-quality training through our partnering program throughout Australia. Kelly is also available to handle any enquiries from students and partners alike

  • Sherilyn is our Course Coordinator and newest member of the team. Sherilyn has extensive experience in RTO administration working in two other RTOs before joining the Paradise First Aid team. She is responsible for scheduling our public and onsite courses, as well as handling student enquiries and course bookings. Sherilyn is also responsible for issuing Certificates for our students once they have completed their courses.

  • Ella works as part of the admin team to provide support to the course co-ordinator and partnering team. She helps co-ordinate the administrative side of the RTO to ensure we are compliant and continue to uphold our high level of standards. To date we have never had any non-compliances at audit! Having completed a Cert IV in Small Business Management and Cert IV in Training and Assessing, Ella’s main interests are looking after the ‘back-end’ aspects of the RTO.
